This is an ongoing project we wanted to share with you.
Recently we had the privilege of beginning a garage renovation project where we will be transforming a one-car garage into a den and a small but very functional full bath.
The entire process gets started with discussions and floorplans, which then get submitted to local code authorities for the appropriate permits.
With permits in hand, we begin by closing in the existing garage door with block to match the foundation.
From there we move on to framing and sheathing.
