Thanks to a mild winter we were able to take on this moderate deck
repair. Upon initial assessment we noticed a substantial amount of rot
throughout multiple of the primary joists and parts of the box beam. Due
to improper construction when it was built, any water that collected
had nowhere to drain, building up causing expensive and extensive
damage.
Removal of the rotten boards and retrofitting new Pressure
Treated lumber will make the deck last and keep the customer safe and
satisfied.
Where as we do work through the winter, we will have to wait for warmer weather to stain the boards.
