The overall project which involved replacing rotten sheathing, replacing it with treated wood, shoring up the portion of the subfloor without damaging the ceramic tile required excellent workmanship. The finishing portion of the project involved replacing four fixed windows with new double hung Andersen windows which now allows cross ventilation (love it!) and a new entry door. The trim work around the new windows and door, both inside and out, looks fantastic. Hopefully next year we'll be able to have you replace the remaining windows.
