"It'll fix"

I have a saying, "It'll fix."  Sometimes it takes a little extra effort.  For this job, we had to move a 1300 lb. concrete step to be able to repair the damage to the houses double box beam, caused by a lack of flashing, and carpenter ants.  The damaged beams removed, repair made with proper flashing, the step put back, and now better than new.
