| This fall we took on a deck and door repair for a homeowner. The steep hillside and height of the deck made it challenging. |
The rotten structure of the deck and house would need to be rebuilt and the door replaced.
The deck had to be cut away from the house to gain access to the rotten structure, but supported with cables and beams so it would not fall down the hill.
Damaged wood replaced, and pressure-treated wood and proper flashing installed.

| Interior and Exterior siding and trim attached. Then the deck rebuilt and bracing added to each post to complete the project. Later, we powerwashed and stained the decking to help it last for years to come. |
