Late last summer we had a customer ask if we would be able to build a large custom stand-alone garage with attic space before winter. Absolutely! We did just that!
Starting with clearing out two old sheds and some large trees from the building site, then having the ground work and foundation built. We began the process of constructing the custom garage.
Custom made trusses made quick work of adding the roof to the frame, which also created the spacious attic which has a full staircase leading up to it for easy access.
Completed with siding, doors, and its` own electric service; this well built garage fit the customers needs and time frame, making them another truly satisfied Kallatch Home Services customer.
