We recently renovated an entry door with two sidelights by removing the door and sidelights from the rotten jamb, and placing them in a new jamb, made with rot resistant materials.
Cedar casing on the exterior, new stained Colonial casing on the interior, and reusing the existing storm door, and the reconstructed unit looks like new, at a substantial savings to the homeowner.
